HB Holding N.V. reports today on the past short financial year, which began on January 1st.
June 2023 to December 31, 2023. From January 1, 2024, the fiscal year corresponds
the calendar year.

The figures mentioned are preliminary, unaudited and refer to the group.

On a consolidated basis, the loss for the period shrank to EUR -354 thousand. The equity of the
The group nevertheless increased to EUR 1.6 million, with total assets reduced to EUR 8.5 million

The result for the period was significantly influenced by the following factors: start-up costs and
Investments, particularly related to the activities of the three subsidiaries
HenriPay B.V.(Netherlands), HenriPay OÜ (Estonia), HenriPay UAB (Lithuania) for software, IP, app,
Gateway, EMI license application process; Use of the share as an “acquisition currency” as well
